"I feel fortunate to have studied Alexander Technique with Kristin, especially at such a vital point in my growth (undergrad). Prior to learning about A.T., I'd always been interested in things like going to the gym, yoga, and meditation, but I didn't have the framework to understand how my body worked in relation to the violin.
