Alexander Technique and Releasing

While located in the Northeast Connecticut area, we provide in-person Alexander Technique, ART and Releasing session to clients throughout the Northeast and New York City. We offer virtual/online coaching and self-paced training to groups, organizations, and individuals throughout the United States and anywhere in the world. Phone sessions are also available upon request. In addition, we are willing and able to travel to facilitate retreats, workshops, honor bands, festivals, adjudications, and coach in regions beyond New England and NYC.
